Who you agree with
These terms are between you (the business that installs the app) and Technobabble d.o.o., Vukovarska 113, 21000 Split, Croatia, OIB 37185004123. The terms of the platform you install the app from (Shopify or Wix) apply as well; where they conflict on billing or refunds, the platform’s terms win.
Licence
While your subscription or free trial is active, you may use the app on the store or site you installed it on. The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable. The app and its code remain ours.
Billing, trial and cancellation
The platform bills you, not us: price, trial, invoices, taxes and refunds follow the platform’s billing and refund rules. You can cancel at any time. On Shopify, uninstalling the app cancels its charge. On Wix, cancel the app’s plan in your Wix account (Billing & Payments); the app keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We never see your card details.
Fair use
Don’t use the app to break the law or the platform’s rules, try to break its security, or resell it. You’re responsible for the content the app displays, since it comes from your own store or site.
Your data
Your content stays yours. What the app reads and stores is described in its privacy section and in our privacy policy.
Support and changes
Support is by email at gizmonger@technobabble.hr. We answer within two business days (Monday to Friday, Central European Time). We may improve or change the app. If we ever discontinue an app, we tell installed users at least 30 days in advance.
Warranty and liability
We build the apps with care, but provide them “as is”, without warranty that they are error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
Law
Croatian law applies. Courts in Split, Croatia, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page at least 30 days before they apply.
