Why do two people see different numbers?
The gadgets read Jira as the person looking at them. Issues someone can’t see in Jira aren’t counted for them.
Does it need a signed-in user?
Yes. Anonymous viewers of a shared dashboard see no data, because the gadgets read Jira with the viewer’s own permissions.
Does it work on team-managed and company-managed projects?
Yes. The gadgets find the story points field each project uses.
How do I get a CSV out of Estimate vs Actual?
Copy the CSV block under the table and paste it into a spreadsheet. Jira dashboard gadgets can’t start file downloads.
The gadget says counts are capped.
Very large result sets are capped to keep the dashboard fast. Narrow the source to get exact counts.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall the app. Billing stops as the platform describes; see the app’s terms.
